The yoga retreat is 3 nights/4 days long and includes both morning and afternoon yoga classes, meditation sessions, silent walks, and 1 meal. Arrival. Enjoy your afternoon lounging by the pool, swimming in the turquoise sea or simply relaxing in your room. Group meets at 5pm for sunset yoga & fire ceremony.

Sunrise silent beach walk, continued with a power yoga flow for all levels, after comes and a hearty, delicious breakfast.

We will meet again for the afternoon practice at 5pm. Attend an evening yoga flow before your free night. Time to rest.

Melisa Cuetara, Professional Yoga Instructor,
Born and raised in Costa Rica but Spanish by heritage, Melisa Cuetara first arrived in Miami 15 years ago to study Fashion Merchandising at the Art Institute of Miami, and now considers this tropical paradise her home.
Melisa’s dedicated study and practice of yoga began more than 10 years ago. In 2010, she took the plunge and became a certified Yoga Instructor under the talented team at YogaWorks. Her personal and professional practices bring a strong sense of peace, harmony, compassion, and fulfillment into her life, and into the lives of her
Melisa’s superior instruction has allowed her to lead classes and retreats everywhere from Miami to Ibiza, to Costa Rica, and Mexico. Her eclectic client base includes business professionals, designers, athletes, and celebrities.
Get ready to sweat and unwind. A mix of power yoga and pilates, Melisa’s class is both challenging and fun, easily accommodating beginners to the most experienced yogis.
Silvina Camara, Professional Yoga Instructor, 500 E-200 RYT
Silvina Camara (E-RYT 200) was born in San Carlos de Bariloche Patagonia, Argentina.
Her first passion and love was singing, and she moved to Miami in 1995 to pursue her singing career and record music for Disney World studios.
In 2001, after enduring an accident that changed her life in many ways, Silvina found yoga – which became her greatest passion and new way of life. She took her first ashtanga yoga class with Fred Bush at Miami Yoga Shala. It was not until 2007 that she become a certified power yoga instructor with Fred Bush and Mark Giubarelli.
As she began to feel the transformation yoga had in her life, she felt inspired to share the gift of yoga with others. Silvina believes the mind, body, soul connection is extremely sacred, and that it should be nurtured and inspired. With that mentality, she teaches her classes from her heart, creating an uplifting, safe environment for students to begin to explore and expand within their own body and consciousness.
Silvina is continually inspired by yoga’s transformative power—both internally and externally, and finds it to be a source of love and strength. She strives to bring a sense of fun, freedom and kindness to her classes, and hopes to impart nuggets of yogic wisdom along the way. Her classes tend to be power yoga and vinyasa-based (linking breath with movement), with a strong emphasis on alignment.
Notably, Silvina was a director and teacher at one of the very first yoga studios in South Beach – Miami YogaShala (2008-2011), where she taught power yoga, vinyasa, and hot yoga. She founded Shakti Yoga Miami in 2011, where she offered public classes, private sessions, workshops, and teacher trainings. Additionally, she is the yoga teacher of choice for many celebrities, and NFL players.
Silvina’s commitment is to inspire others to realize their own gifts and powers and to step fully into their most brilliant self and dreams. Her soothing voice, enthusiasm, intensity, and humor, coupled with her knowledge and sensitivity leads yoga students through a practice that is genuine, personally rewarding, and well-rounded in every aspect.
